Louis R. Brooks, Jr. serves as "of Counsel" to the firm and handles all of the firm's traffic, criminal and personal injury matters from his conveniently-located Manassas office in Prince William County. Mr. Brooks is a veteran litigator with well over two decades of experience handling cases in the courts all across the northern portion of Virginia. He is admitted to the Supreme Court of Virginia and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

Louis R. Brooks, Jr. graduated from George Mason University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. While at George Mason, Mr. Brooks was a proud member of the nationally prominent GMU Debate Team, which over the years has won several titles. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Widener University Commonwealth Law School in 1994. As a law student, Mr. Brooks earned the prestigious title of Vice-President of the Moot Court Honor Society.

Over the last 23 years, Mr. Brooks has earned a reputation as a very effective, competent and ethical advocate for those he has represented. This reputation has led Mr. Brooks to having been voted the "Best Attorney" for Prince William County four years in a row by Inside NOVA and Prince William Today! Furthermore, Mr. Brooks was selected as a Lifetime Charter Member of "Best Attorneys of America" by Rue Ratings, as well as having the Honor of being named one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in America by The National Trial Lawyers Association.

In his non-professional life, Mr. Brooks is very busy and accomplished as well. Foremost, he is a proud father who loves to spend time with his daughter in many activities, including coaching her soccer team. Mr. Brooks also Graduated from Fire School at the Prince William County Public Service Academy in 2005, having won the Top Firefighter Award out of a class of 33 students, and remains an active member of the Nokesville Volunteer Fire Department. He is also an ultra marathon runner.
